For so, so many reasons I've been reflecting on the goodness of the faithfulness and kindness of the Lord... in grand historical stories, like the gospel, which are mine because of His infinite ability to make all things work for his purposes... and in the small stories of everyday, which he sees and takes care of because of his infinite ability to make all things work for his purpose. Like these pictures. My friend Darcie remembered a time that was so sad, but so full of the Lord's kindness... I stumbled across this pictures last week... and was blown away by it. Because this was a sad night. But the Lord... was holding us all so near... and from this side of things, I've no doubt we had never been safer.
